アプリから削除する
アプリの「設定」→「アカウント」→「アカウント削除」を開き、確認画面で「削除」と入力して削除を実行してください。削除後にアプリから元のアカウントを復元することはできません。
アプリを使わずに削除を申請する
アプリを利用できない場合も、以下の窓口へアカウントと関連データの削除を申請できます。
アカウントを連携している場合は、可能であれば登録したメールアドレスからご連絡ください。本人確認のために必要な情報を窓口からご案内します。匿名利用の場合や登録メールを利用できない場合は、その旨をお知らせください。
パスワード、認証コード、クレジットカード番号、本人確認書類を最初のメールに添付しないでください。
削除されるデータ・共有データ
アカウント情報、個人用のカード・メモ・タグ・プランニング、プロフィール画像・個人用の保存画像、自分のリアクションは削除対象です。共有プランニングなど他の利用者と共同利用するデータは、投稿者のアカウントとの関連を外して残る場合があります。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
外部サービスが管理する情報については、プライバシーポリシーに記載の各サービスの方針をご確認ください。削除範囲や画像などの削除状況についても、上記窓口にお問い合わせいただけます。
定期購入の解約
アカウントやアプリの削除だけでは定期購入の自動更新は停止しません。購入したストアで解約してください。iPhoneは「設定」→自分の名前→「サブスクリプション」、AndroidはGoogle Playの「お支払いと定期購入」→「定期購入」から手続きできます。
Delete in the app
In PlacePouch (いこストック), open Settings → Account → Delete account, type “DELETE” in the confirmation screen, and confirm. You cannot restore the original account through the app after deletion.
Request deletion without the app
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting our support team, even if you cannot use the app.

If you linked an account, contact us from its registered email address when possible. Support will explain the information needed to verify account ownership. Tell us if you used the app anonymously or no longer have access to your registered email.
Do not include passwords, verification codes, credit card numbers, or identity documents in your initial email.
Personal and shared data
Your account information, personal cards, notes, tags and plans, profile and personal saved images, and your reactions are subject to deletion. Content used collaboratively, such as shared plans, may remain with its link to your account removed. See our privacy policy (Japanese) for details.
For information managed by external services, see their policies referenced in our privacy policy (Japanese). You can also contact support with questions about the scope or status of deletion, including saved images.
Cancel a subscription
Deleting the app or your account does not cancel an automatically renewing subscription. Cancel through the store where you purchased it: Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone, or Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions in Google Play for Android.
